Account Manager / Collection Team Member
Premier Rental-Purchase is seeking a customer-focused Account Manager / Collection Team Member to build strong customer relationships and help customers successfully manage their lease accounts. This hands-on role includes account management, collections, merchandise delivery, and customer service both in the store and in the field. Bilingual is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned customer accounts and assist with lease payment collections
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through regular communication
- Deliver, set up, relocate, service, and retrieve rental merchandise
- Conduct collection visits and assist customers with maintaining active lease agreements
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate account, inventory, and payment records
- Perform basic troubleshooting and minor product maintenance
- Safely operate and maintain a company vehicle
- Ensure proper care and security of merchandise during transport
- Support store operations, inventory management, and customer growth initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Customer service, collections, delivery, sales, or related experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities
- Bilingual is a plus
